The following donor levels are examples only.
One of your sponsorship level submissions should correspond to the amount you are requesting, however, make sure to submit a sponsorship description for each donor level available.
When completing the sponsorship table included in your application, you must follow the demographic reporting guidelines in the applicant resources section of our website. Please see the example document at the bottom of this page.
The sample sponsorship levels listed below are general, but can be used as a guideline for outlining your organizational donor levels. You may submit offered donor levels in a similar format, but you must complete a sponsorship table for each level as well.
Platinum Sponsor, $7,500
- Distinguished seating of one table (10 reservations)
- Company banner or video announcement at event (provided by the sponsor)
- Full page print ad in program
- Print recognition with logo:
- In news release, on invitation, in event program and auction book
- Table sign and entryway poster
- Spring/Fall newsletter
- Promotional advertisements for the event in local paper
- Follow-up acknowledgment in local paper
- Oral Recognition:
- Welcoming remarks and any other announcement opportunities
Gold Sponsor, $5,000
- Distinguished seating of one table (10 reservations)
