When considering event sponsorships, we look for events that specifically include a fundraising component. We will not consider supporting events that are non-fundraising events.
Completed applications for event sponsorship grants, including all required attachments, must be submitted no less than 120 days (4 months) prior to the start date of your event.
Please note that event sponsorship application processing may take approximately 60 days from the date of receipt of a completed application, including all required attachments, so please consider any sponsor related marketing or public relations deadline dates for your event, and adjust the submission date of your application earlier, if necessary, in order to allow for processing time.
All organizations seeking funding from the Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado are required to specifically list gender expression and sexual orientation in organizational nondiscrimination policies in order to be considered for funding.
