As a provision of your grant award, you are responsible for fulfilling the donor recognition you outlined in your grant application. The donor recognition should align to the sponsorship level for which your organization was approved as presented or negotiated with your program officer.
Our Name
Organizations receiving grants from the Gay & Lesbian Fund are required to use the fund’s full name when listing our support: Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado. Please make sure to use the ampersand ( & ) not the word ‘and.’
Do not recognize the fund as the Gill Foundation, G&L Fund, Gay & Lesbian Foundation, or any name other than Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado.
Do you need our logo, banner, or advertisement?

Displaying our Banner?
You must contact us by e-mail or telephone NO LESS THAN 2 WEEKS prior to an event to arrange for banner delivery or pick-up.
Banner requests must include:
Event date and name
Organization name
Contact name, address, phone, and e-mail to which the banner can be sent
Printing our Ad?
You must contact us by e-mail or telephone NO LESS THAN 2 WEEKS prior to your printing deadline to arrange for ad production.
Program advertisements will be designed and provided by the Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado. You must provide ad specifications to us no less than 2 weeks in advance of the printing deadline.
Ad requests must include:
Deadline date
Ad size (W” x H”)
Color or black & white
Preferred File Format (pdf, jpg, tif, etc.)
Contact name, phone, and e-mail to which the ad can be sent
