Free Meeting Space

The Gay & Lesbian Fund offers meeting space in our Colorado Springs and Denver offices to nonprofit organizations at no charge.

In 2009 alone, we hosted more than 16,000 people at 600 events. Organizations that utilized our meeting space ranged from the American Red Cross and the Colorado Renewable Energy Society to the Colorado Division of Youth Corrections, Sierra Club and Iraq Veterans Against the War.

Our Colorado Springs facility features two separate rooms:

Mulitmedia / Training Room

The Multimedia/Training Room is ideal for formal presentations and trainings requiring the use of PowerPoint, DVD, VHS, or other audio/visual equipment. The room seats up to 40 people in classroom seating and 75 people in theater-style seating.

Community RoomThe Community Room provides a warm, bistro-like setting for dinners and luncheons.  The room can comfortably accommodate up to 60 people at round tables or 100 for a standing reception.  The room features excellent acoustics for musical performances, has a prep-kitchen, wet bar, and service area.

Free parking is available.

To check availability and make reservations, please contact Erik Vazquez, Colorado Springs facilities supervisor, at 719-473-4455 or erikv@gayandlesbianfund.org.

Inspiring Thousands of Hours of Volunteer Work
